You simply click "Complete" when you have completed the mission, from the mission builder on the WIT page.
A WIT Supervisor will check the mission to make sure it is done properly. If it is, the mission completion is approved and credits awarded. If it isn't, the mission will be reassigned to you by the WIT Supervisor and you'll recieve an automatic message explaining so.

Do you get you Wiki Influential Teens badge taken away when you get to be an adult?
If you continue to participate in WIT once you have passed the age of 18, your WIT badge will not be removed. Your badge is only removed if you stop participating in the program.
What is a WIT warrior?
Wiki Influential Teens, "WIT Warrior". This WIT Division will consist of members who wish to focus on new categories or unsupervised categories. Tasks will include seeding new questions, recategorizing questions, and cleaning up unsupervised categories.
