Usually the clutch bolts do not come out , if you are hearing a grinding noise coming from the cover the cover is warped and needs to be replaced .

As far as I know, the clutch on these "newer" models of 106's is adjusted automatically. If you don't think that that seems to be the case:below the battery (when standing in front of the car it should be on your right hand side) there is a bolt (or the thingie you "screw" onto a bolt... I don't know the word for that in English since I'm dutch). After the bolt there is a small kinda cilindrical shaped device from which a cable runs. If I'm not mistaken you can adjust the "thingie you screw on a bolt" to adjust the take-up of the clutch.
