grey if i remember correctly but a cheap 12v test light wont hurt have someone crank engine while testing. pump gets only a 3 second prime from control unit then depends on cranksensor signal to power pmp circuit. ther is also a pump relay and a fuse mounted on drivers side top strut toer under square cap labled fuel pump relay
you will need a wireing harness and computer that will work with the c1500 and the 350 so it is not hard you just need a computer that is out of a truck with a digital or analog dash what ever it is that the c1500 has and if your wiring harness is obd 2 witch it is you are good you might just need a couple of aditional plugs so get a whole harness
