I have a 1990 Full Size Bronco. To lay down the back of the seat there is a small latch on the side. To fold up the seat altogether there is a pull lever in the back on the floor. To remove the seat you pull up that lever and push the whole seat forward and either pull the pins from each side or remove the mounting bolts on the floor depending on which year you have. Hope this helps
the rear seatbelte in the early 80's broncos, were atached directly to the rear seat.

The most common way is to fold down the passenger seat, that is, if you can fit in the back. Why not just open the back door and get in?

The back seat on a Ford F150 FX4 can be removed by locating the straps in the back part of the seat. Pull up on the straps to remove the seat.

It's built into the alternator. Back in the oldern days when you'd court a comely lass in the rumble seat of your jittney, a car had an external voltage regulator.
Order a new seat locking lever from FORD, it should be accessable from the drivers side where you adjust the seat.
To remove the back seat on a 1989 Ford Thunderbird, the first step is to remove the back of the seat. The back is held in by bolts on each side. After the back is removed, the seat area should come out after removing the floor bolts.
