In order to travel, you need a PASSPORT, first, then maybe a entry visa, issued by the country that you are going to visit. Some nations require a visa to enter, others do not. You need to make inquires of the country that you intend to visit. If you are here (the US) illegally, you can go anytime, you just can not come back. I am sorry if it sounds sarcastic, but that's the truth. I am the same poster of the very last post. I meant: if you are illegaly in the US, you can go back to your home country anytime you want; you just can not come back. Well, not legally and without hindrance.
of couse ,if you have the visa!
when you leave/come (to) a country you have to make a visa
Nope. You have to leave the country and apply for another visa at the Consular Officer abroad.
you can stay more 30 days to prepare yourself to leave the country.
A multiple entry visa means that you can enter and exit the country (issuing the visa) as many times as you want, within the visa validity period. On the other hand, in case you were issued a single entry visa, you can only enter and exit the country (issuing the visa) once. Once you have exited that country, you can not re-enter on that same visa regardless of whether the visa is valid or expired.
Yes as long as you have a travel or work visa.
me nead neambrs visa
If you are a passport holder of a G7 country you dont need a visa or if you're a passport holder of an ASEAN country member you can visit visa free for 2 weeks.
Yes but you do need to file outside of the US for permanent residency.
A Filipino citizen can leave the Philippines for a vacation in another country anytime, provided he/she is a holder of a passport and has been granted a visa to the country where he/she will spend a vacation.
You apply for a visa to enter a country, from the Embassy or Consulate of the country you wish to enter. Do not just turn up at the border and expecto be able to enter, without a visa. You will be refused entry. NB A passport is just an Identity Document, that allows you to leave your home nation. To enter a foreign country you must obtain a visa. NNB Some countries have amicable diplomatic relations and so allow people to enter without a visa. Other countries do not have this diplomatic courtesy, so you must check with their embassy/consulate. NNNB there are different classes of visa. Tourist Visa, Work Visa, Residence Visa, Diplomatic Visa. My advice ; Whatever, country your passport issued in, check with the embassy/consulate of the country you wish to enter, before travelling.
Only if he has a passport.
