you can just talk to him on regular basis and smile and basically just flirt you tell ur best guy friend so he can hint it to the guy u like. Then you go to the movies together, hang out, and every chance u get be together alone n let him fall to u. on time this guy i liked we were wit friends n he started holding my hand, saying we were just friends...long story short, we went to the movies that night, he was sitting next to me then next thing i knew we were cuddling n making out, n i was making him horny by coressing his abs n pulling on his belt. then when he would try to stick my hand lower on his penis i would resist to make him more horny. then i would make sex noices n let him coress my body.
