It is really quite simple to create an account for iTunes. If you already have the iTunes software installed on your computer then just click on the button [on the left side of the screen] that says "music store." Once there, you should find a link with the words login/register.
If you DO NOT already have iTunes installed on your computer, install it from the CD-Rom [one is always given with the purchase of an iPod; if you have not purchased an iPod, you can download the program from itunes.com]. Once the program is downloaded, follow the steps above.
On the iTunes Store page there is a Sign In button below the search box in the top right corner. Click on the button and fill in the account details.
Simply launch iTunes, click 'Store' on the top menu bar, click 'Sign In...'. It should be the third option from the bottom. Enter your Apple ID or iTS account information.
Open the App Store. Go to Featured. Scroll down to the bottom. Tap Sign In. Then enter your account info
Settings/Store

You can if:Both iPad 2s have the same iTunes account. You can specify which content (music, photos, apps) go on which iPad by giving each iPad a unique name, and by checking the boxes for the kind of content (i.e. "Sync all Photos, Sync Selected Albums," etc.) when each individual iPad is plugged in for syncing. You have two separate accounts on the MacBook Pro when you log in. This is the easiest method, and is the most effective if two people are sharing one laptop for each of their iPads. The iTunes account on each iPad matches whatever account is signed into iTunes on the MacBook Pro.Whichever iPad 2 you plug in first will be a "default" iPad, meaning when you plug in the second one, you'll be given the option to restore from the backup of the first. Unless you want to keep the contents of the two iPads the same or very similar (same iTunes account, etc.), then it's recommended to start from scratch with your second iPad 2.
yes, if you had those songs on your itunes they should still be there when you log onto your itunes account
Yes. You can bring them in via Itunes or just email them to the iPad's email account.
Go to Settings app, go to Store, click Log Out, then Log In with a different account. IMPORTANT this will not magically give you music or apps from another iTunes. All it does is if you buy anything from the App Store or iTunes apps it will credit the charge to that account.
Yes. All you have to do is sync your iPod touch to iTunes (if they are both using the same account) and then once the apps are on your computer then sync your iPad to iTunes and you're all set!
No. You will need to connect the iPad to a computer with iTunes to sync.
All you need to do is log out of the account you are in.
