just put down water and small peices of food and do not touch the mice 4 a while or the mother will not take them back and if you do hold them 2 long they will die

AnswerAs long as theyre feeding off mum, leave her to it. Take care of her properly by providing fresh food and water and clean bedding material and she'll do the rest.

If you put a dish a water down they will drown in the smallest amount

Unless the mouse came from a pet store, you shouldn't touch it. The mouse could be carrying any number of communicable diseases and will most likely bite you if you touch it. Either kill it or sweep it into a container and release it in the woods far from anyone's house. If you know the mouse to be safe to handle, you should keep it warm(~100
