Hahaha!!! Probably you if ur asking! They are people who really have no experience on the game and let their team mates down. They have to look down to their controller to find where the buttons are and run past enemies and get shot. It's not a good thing to be a noob ;)
RS is the (right stick) on your controller or if your play first person games a lot like Call of Duty then it's the "look around" button but you push down on it not look down but "push" down on it and it's the button below the pause button or the start button
It's the buttons on the left side of the controller, opposite of the square triangle circle X button. The D Pad is merely the down arrow

It is a custom font called "TF2." It also has the TF2 Medic and TF2 Build. Look on your tf/resource folder in Steam to get the fonts inside.
