Losing 10 pounds in 20 days is quite possible. You should drink water in terms of your weight, half of your weight= x ounces of water, for example if you weigh 200 pounds, drink about 100 ounces of water, about 3 liters. Or at the least drink 64 ounces of water, the equivalent of 8 glasses. Now for the diet plan. You have to follow a crash dieting plan, (which is usually never recommended since you can gain that weight back quicker then you lost it), do a search of different crash dieting such as the cabbage soup, banana-milk diet(which i followed for a week with additional foods added to my meal and ended up losing 6-8 pounds and I've never gained it back), the detox juice diet(watch fat, sick and nearly dead(i think that's the name of the movie) or something more fulfilling.
