Eat only meats (fish, beef, no bacon!) no sugary treats! This is a really good recipe I made myself! Buy triscouts if you dont already have them, chesse, which ever you like best. I personally like chedddar, and baby tomatoes. Put the chesse on the triscouts and the the CUT UP baby tomatoes on the chesse, put in the microwave for about 15 seconds. Then enjoy! It is delicouse, and only 80 calories!

you should really be didecaited to this and have self control because sometimes we just feel like piging out but you shouldn't because its your health and you should damage it im saying this because i had been threw this and its not easy but it all pays off at the end..

just stay away from junk food if your going to school make your own lunch and make a schedule of what to eat at what certain time trust me that's how i started oo and don't eat the same foods over over again you will get tierd of it and then diets over

excersise for 1 hour every day none stop after you do that you will feel really good also find a way to excersise in any time of the day that helps alot

You can't, not repeatedly, and not while remaining healthy. Short term, and special circumstances you can lose it by losing fluids, but that's pretty much an one-shot deal.
simply eat very healthy and exercise more than your usual amount do not over due it it will result in un- healthy results

Yes you can. But it is kind of tough, so follow these rules.

Eat vegetables. Try eating only vegetables. Have some fruits, but not too many. They have more sugar than they need to have.

Drink water. It really helps lose weight. Plus, it helps clear acne. It doesn't even taste bad. Drinking water is the main key to losing weight.

Don't have tons of calories. Set a calorie goal. Try not to have more than 900 to 1,000 per day. If your shorter, have about 750 to 900 calories.

Get exercise. Stretching, lifting weights, running. Try some sports. exercising burns lots of fat. It also builds muscle.

This might not make you lose 3 pounds in ONE day, but if you use these tips daily, it will definitely make you lose three or more pounds 5 to 7 days. It will pay off.

You shouldn't be able to do this normally. Usually you are only supposed to lose 2 and a half pounds a week. Anything more than that is water weight (which you will gain back quickly), or you are causing muscle damage. I wouldn't advise attempting this severe amount of weight loss.

This way is very effective but can seriously harm you. Wrestlers do this in order to lose weight before a meet so they can be in a lower weight class. What you do is you wrap yourself in plastic wrap and a robe or sweats. Then you run or do serious exercise. Every little while you should slightly open the beginning and sweat should be removed. This will get rid of your body's water weight. It is very unhealthy and you will most likely feel very nauseous. This will not last forever, you will eventually re-gain the weight. Healthy weight loss in 1-2 pounds a week. You don't want to stress your body.
