My tip is to exercise on the Wii like Wii fit or Mario super sluggers works for me. Also you have to eat healthy. I'm not gonna tell you to not eat junk-food or sugar. Just cut back to a minimal amount. Instead eat fruit and veges and turkey and some bread. Find good food and exercise that likes you body.
Jogging, or any kind or cardio workouts can help you lose weight.

Wow. You do NOT need to lose weight. Im 12 years old and 111 pounds. 5'4. I run 2 miles a week. 76 pounds is not healthy at all. There is no need to lose weight. Just live healthy and youll be happy :D good luck
