Try to lose weight in a healthy fashion.

A good way is to eat healthily. Make a journal to record all the food you eat and the amount of calories. However, it's all about eating the right calories, not just lowering your calories... you want to eat healthy foods such as fruits and vegetables! Try to plan out what you are going to eat and follow that diet.

Also, running is one of the best ways to lose weight. Don't try to start running a lot instantly... build up to it. Start with 10 minutes of running and increase it until you can run for around 45 minutes. It's a lot, but you will not only lose weight, but you will feel GREAT>

Yoga, kick-boxing, and those cardio workouts are also great to add in, but running produces the best results!
