There is no way to lose the weight and keep it off unless you work out! The pills and other things will have you lose a lot of weight quickly but mostly be gained back with a short period of time!

This is something simple you can do at home without equipment. Do leg raises. This will also tone your tummy; lay on your back and lift your feet into the air. Keeping your arms beside you and your back and bottom on the floor, lift your legs up to a 90 degree angle and bring them back down so they are just off the floor. Repeat this for as long as you can.

Remember: Make sure your heels do not touch the floor when you bring your legs back down.

Also, your legs do not have to reach a 90 degree angle, you only have to lift them as high as they can go.
