Becuase you are 12, you really do not need to worry about your weight. Unless you are like really fat, you don't need to worry.
If you are too over-weight, then you can jog, join track at school, or go to a gym. I mean, 120 pounds for a 12 year old isn't bad. When i was 12, i weighed that much. At least. So (:
