Well if your asking, if you can lose weight with out exercising, it can be done. If you eat just rice, vegetables,a little bit of meat every so often and fruit, you can lose weight. My father does this and in the first 2 weeks he lost 10lb's, no joke. He does not exercise and works in a cubicle. You can juice the vegetables or fruits don't add any sugar! There are great recipes on the web just look around. The main things you do not want to eat on this 'diet'(or what ever you want to call it) is wheat, corn, or dairy products, so check the labels(you will be surprised at how many things have corn in it!)
