Plain and simply, you can't, and to be honest, you don't deserve to lose weight if you are only willing to put in 5 minutes or so a day. To lose weight you must be dedicated, it requires a complete change of life style, habits and mind set.

well to tell you the truth you can't lose weight in 10 minutes but if you get a pill or get on a diet and exer size enough then you weight yourself by the week and you'll see a enprovement

Drinking less water will NOT help you lose weight. You should drink before and after any physical excercise. I estimate you will lose about 1/4 of a pound as 15 minutes of running is not much at all.

If you exercise twice a week you might lose weight only if you exercise like for 30 minutes. You might also like to try exercising for about 60 minutes or more.
