To lose weight in the holidays you could go to the local leisure center and if it is warm you could go down to the beach. If you have a trampoline at home you could use that, have a water fight with your friends, if you have a wii and wii fit use that and challenge your friends. There are loads of different ways you could keep fit but have fun. Eat five bits of fruit and veg a day and you will be good as new! <
