It is really easy to lose weight if you're motivated!

for the 3 days eat no chocolate AT ALL and no soft drinks also.
(eat nothing containing much sugar actually)

eat a lot of water-max 3 litres per day
eat an apple or any GREEN fruit on empty stomach!

do a lot of exercise-it can be at home,i.e,if you like dancing..believe me it does help to lose weight!
do breathing exercises a lot and that's it!
just be strict with your diet :)
