Hey, you know i may not be the answer your looking for, but i have Pigeon Chest as well. I have talked to a few doctors about it and from what i can muster its that Pigeon Chest in Some Cases will normalize as you get older.( To me i find it highly unlikely) Although if your looking to hide it sooner i recommend Pushups or benchpressing to work on your muscles. As Pigeon Chest normally develops in tall skinny people you probably dont have much muscle mass to begin with so i would recommend running first till your endurance peaks up then moving to the push ups.
Other Options include Several Painful Surgerys... an Exterior Brace that takes 2 years to completely do the job etc mostly expensive stuff
In the long run, it really shouldn't matter if you do or don't. Most people care too much about there issues and looks to really care about yours... As you get older you'll see.
Well hope i have been even a little help.
If searched this one many times and the best answer i can give you is to muscle up and hide it and dont go through surgery. Or, you can buy one of these chest brace things (i dont know where to get one) that push on your chest, the only down side of that is it take 2 years for it to completely do its job. I suggest the work out, start doing some push ups and some bench press. ;)
