It's not possible to "lubricate" a car alarm, unless you want it to short out and then end up with no alarm at all. The "sqwak" could be a short it in the wiring, take it to a iauto shop or your dealership and tell them exactly what's wrong. I'm not familiar with electrical systems, sadly.
