If you want the best performance for your wireless XBox Live, then you need to shut off the wireless and disconnect any computers that run off of wireless. Then you need to unplug all of the computer hooked up to the internet (If you have a modem).
You should be good to go from then. Now you may not see grand 'OMG' results, but your XBox Live will undoubtedly run much faster without your wireless traffic being hogged by everything else.
Note: Getting rid of unused files on your XBox also helps, and downloading the game to your hdd will speed up the overall game, thus removing lag ingame (For the most part)
Hope I helped

You can make a wired connection with an ethernet cable instead of wireless. You can increase the Internet service with your internet service provider. You can test your internet service connection with the PS3 network connection test and see if moving you router location helps.

A Sysco connection is a wireless connection that is found almost everywhere. If you play with the SEARCH FOR A CONNECTION option in internet settings while moving down the road you will find at least a dozen in a populated area.
Try moving the router or getting a better wireless card for your laptop or computer.
Any broadband internet works with PS3. If you are not planing on moving your PS3 then a direct Ethernet connection works best. If you plan on moving your PS3 or if you have a large house and a direct connection is not practical: the PS3's wireless Wi-Fi can reach blazing fast speeds.
It is possible to convert your speakers to wireless speakers but it is very expensive.
You have to get a wireless network extender, or get more powerful router.PS: also check signal level, in your router settings. Make sure that its transmission power is set to 100%.
Its claw will regrow eventually. The lost claw is still moving because nerves are firing randomly without a connection to the brain, but this will stop shortly.

you might want to move your wireless router up stiars to give better reception also moving the computer closer to the router would also help and if you have to money a N router would have a stronger signal that will carry further
