3/4 oz. Triple Sec
3/4 oz. Canton Ginger Liqueur
1/4 oz. Goldchlager
Maraschino cherry
Shake all the ingredients with ice and pore into a Martini glass. Add the cherry to the glass.
You can play around with the proportions. If you like it more tart, bump up the Pucker. If you want it with less kick, back off the Vodka. If you like the taste of ginger, go an ounce of Canton. Be careful with the Goldschlager, tho, because it can overpower everything. (It's cinnamon, in case you are wondering.)
