I run call of duty 4 mac also, you can enter basic cheats like fly and stuff, or you can mod it for wall hacks and inf ammo just youtube "call of duty 4 hack fly mac" and it will probably give you a mod to install that... It probbly will by next year sometime but im guessing that it will be bad as it will be open to hackers. The best thing to do is to get it for a console e.g xbox 360. however i am a mac user myself so i do wish that it isn't ruined by hackers like cod 4.... ONCE YOU GO MAC YOU WONT GO BACK!
