Short answer: No.
A U.S. full size mattress is 54 inches wide and 75 inches long.
A U.S. queen size mattress is 60 inches wide and 80 inches long.
There is a tiny possibility that a full fitted sheet that has extremely deep sides might have enough extra fabric to cover a queen, but it would not fit well, if at all, the corners would not match up at all, the points would be on the top edge of the mattress.
Technically but a full size bed is 6 inches less in width and 5 inches shorter then a queen size bed.
This will not look good because the frame will be too large for the mattress.
Most likely, but there might be to much or to little bed skirt. Just buy a full size bed skirt to avoid the risk.
depends if the frame is adjustable a queen size is wider than a full size
Yes, depending on the frame (so don't quote me on it!).
That's simple! You can't!
of course yes
yes!
A queen mattress is 6 inches wider and 5 inches longer than a full size mattress. You could make a 6 inch tuck down the middle of the bed skirt and it would work.
A full size blanket is for a full sized mattress. Sometimes a full sized mattress is called a double mattress or a double bed. A queen size blanket is used for a queen sized mattress. But, keep in mind that if you wanted to use a queen on a full bed, it would just hang over longer on the sides and at the bottom. Hope this helped! God Bless You!
Queen sized mattress are 6 inches wider and 5 inches longer than a full sized mattress.
the full sized blanket would probably cover the mattress but it would not drape over the edges of the mattress.
Yes, a full size mattress will fit on a queen size bed frame. It may be just a tad bit smaller than the frame, but not too noticeable. I have a full mattress and use full/queen sheets and bedding all the time.
The mattress is full I believe
Full mattresses are the size between a twin and a queen size mattress. A full mattress measures 54 by 75 inches.
No a full size mattress and a queen size mattress aren't the same. The full size isn't as wide as the queen size bed. Although you can't really tell merely by looking, but the size of the beds are different.
There is twin, full, queen, and king.
Probably not. A "standard" (some vary) queen size mattress is longer and wider than a full -- 60" x 80" v. 54" x 75". Whether it will fit depends of course on the individual bed frame, but a rigid queen-size box spring (foundation) is even less likely to squeeze in than the mattress. If the mattress is not properly supported it may be uncomfortable, unstable, or damaged.
it depends if your mattress is a bit big, but most likely not
No. Especially if you have a thick mattress. The f/q comforter doesn't even come to the bottom of the mattress or cover the pillow area.
