I wouldn't want ANYONE, narcissist or otherwise, to beg me for forgivness. I can't imagine a narcisisst asking for forgivness let alone beg for it.They think they are justified don't need it. I think if you are hurt by a narcissist, you need to forgive them in your own heart so YOU can heal. If they have said cruel things to you try to remember that it's not you that failed them, they failed you. They have the problem. If you are wanting forgiveness from a N I bet you did something that was totally outrageous. I also bet that your treatment from the N drove you to do it. It is not YOU......It is not YOU.......let it roll off you back anything he accuses you of falsely......and walk on away from him whether you stay with him or not.....and keep saying IT IS NOT ME! IT IS HIM! I had to call my husband of sixteen years's ex wife and she told me ...IT IS NOT YOU! IT IS HIM! HE HAS PROBLEMS! Saved my mental state when she said that....I thought I was crazy..!
