assuming you mean the scepter from stronghold of security, you need the base, left half of skull and right half...all dropped from different monsters on separate floors, sorry i cant give you a list of monsters but im sure you can Google it or find it on runehq.com
none of the pieces of the scepter are tradable nor is the completed scepter itself
