A winking smiley face an be made in Microsoft Word and on paper. People can make a winking smiley face by putting a semicolon and a parenthesis together. But how to make a REAL one??
A winking smiley face can mean flirting, more commonly it is used for jokes. It depends on the situation really.

Answergo on google and type something like 'smiley face' then pick one you would like, click on it, then view full sizeand then click the left button on your mouse and click save image as, and save it. then click on one of your contacts and on the bottom of the type box the is a smiley face( ) then a winking face ( ;) ) click on the smiley one then click on view all emotions then click create, and browse then click on the face you saved and hip hip horray there you go !xx
If you don't have a keypad on your laptop, you have to press Alt,Fn,and the letter J. Which it really wouldn't be that big...I just blew it up for you so that you could tell it's a smiley face. This: ☺ is its actual size. Unless you blow it up on Microsoft Word or something. ☺
