So you want a bigger booty. This will be Hard Work. Tthis guide will not help you to "lose weight" in any way. It is intended for you to gain weight. But the healthy sort of way. There is no magic formula like Corn Bread, or collard greens or chicken of any sort that SPECIFICALLY makes YOUR Butt bigger, but that is not to say to avoid these foods because they don't help. They do help but it's not magic.

1st up is Exercise

Ever heard the term Bulk up? Most meat heads use it and generally means Lift heavy. By lifting heavy you can thicken yourself up because your muscles need to get bigger in order to lift more. Here is the exercise guide to thicken your butt.

20lb Lunges left and Right cheek. 4 sets of 15

These are crucial. If you don't have time to go to the gym and use the machines having a pair of dumbbells will make sure you don't miss out on routine butt growing workouts. In fact this is all you need to get your butt in shape and growing. When the lunges get too easy just add more weight.You can also add more resistance by putting an elevated step on the ground so when you push off the surface with your leg you have to push harder and it forces you to go deeper.

Squats 120 lbs 4 sets of 15

This is regarded as the king of butt exercises. If you don't like them then that's too bad because this will get you the most growth. The weight setting is my preference because I can squat that weight that many times. If you can't do that then get the heaviest weight that is comfortable for you and Squat that.

The hip abductor.

This Is such a great machine. This machine should be getting most of your attention if you want a bigger butt. Do 8 reps of the heaviest weight you can do 5 to six times. rest after you are done with the sets and lower the weight by 20lbs and do the routine again. the hip abductor has many settings the one that works best is the one where you encounter the most resistance while opening your legs. Do that one.

Leg Kick backs

You can do this laying down or find a cable machine and set a nice do 12 reps for each leg 4 times. make your you are able to slightly feel your bet muscle contract with every leg lift.

A combination of all of these in one session will achieve maximum results. Do this for 6 weeks 3days each week with rest on weekends and you should see a noticable difference in your derriere's size. Don't Slack or it won't grow.

Next is Nutrition

You Are what you eat. Period. Your butt's make up will depend on your frame which is dependent on genetics however you have some control over the aesthetic of your butt. Lean meats like turkey lend themselves to forming a firm butt with more bounce than giggle. Proteins that are high in fat content like milk and peanut butter lend themselves to growing a softer gigglier butts. Because this guide is for growing your butt bigger I would go with Peanut buttter and milk.Logic would have it that if you are exercising your butt muscles then they will need protein to heal. if you use protein that has high fat content then the fat will go where the protein is going. The carbs you should be taking in with the stuff that you eat are oats and potatoes. And start to drink plenty of water. Also Fast food SUCKS for building any kind of muscle! No Mcdonalds! don't eat it. Subway is an exception. oh yeah eat right after working out because your body is looking for protein after strenuous activity

Calories

The Next part is important. We've come to the dreaded calorie counting portion. Growing a bigger butt means gaining more mass. In order to gain more mass you must remember this simple rule:Energy in Must be more than energy out. The energy in is the food calories you take in, the energy out is exercise. Take a look at your current diet and count a day's worth of calories. Now calculate the calories you burn in a day (this is your metabolism) including the butt growing exercise. If you don't know how to calculate your metabolism just Google search it. Make sure you eat more calorie than you expend, that's all. I usually like to be 1000 calories over my normal diet, which is about 2500, so I eat 3500 calories or around that most days.

Relative size

Every Person is different obviously. But the one thing they all have in common is that they can have a big butt for their frame. I'm not going to lie and say youcan have a butt like buffie the body if you are jessica Alba skinny. But a smaller girl can have a bigger butt than a bigger girl because on her "Frame" the butt "looks" bigger. The following are not butt exercises, they are things that will make your but appear to be bigger in relation to your waist. YOU DO NOT HAVE TO DO THESE TO ACHIEVE A BIGGER BUTT. and I won't elaborate on any routines.

Core workouts (* are noted to the exercises if they target the butt)

Mountain climbs

Bicycle kicks

6-inches

Planks

Twists (Twists are the best)

Cardio Also you can choose to run if you wish

Burpees

Jump Squats*

Scissor lunges*

Scissor kicks*

Jumping Jacks

Good sports for your butt are volley ball, Soccer, and rollerblading. Volley ball's Best

So to Recap All you need to do is:

Butt Exercises(Increase weight if things get easier to lift)

Eat More protein than carbs (No protein only meals, that's unhealthy)

Higher Calorie diet

Sleep (Muscle grows while you are asleep not while you're awake)

Eat 20 to 30mins after working out

Remember to do these things and in 6 weeks there should be a noticeable difference. But you should achieve the Bigger Butt that you want after 9 weeks though.
