  • Drain the potatoes.
  • Preheat oven to 375.
  • Thoroughly MASH the cooked sweet potatoes.
  • Add eggs, vanilla, ½ cup melted butter, brown sugar, salt, and cream or milk. Mix until smooth.
  • Lightly grease a 9x13" baking dish.
  • Spread the potato mixture in the bottom of the baking dish.
  • Topping: In a separate bowl, combine brown sugar, flour, â…“ cup melted butter, and pecans. Stir to mix well.
  • Sprinkle mixture over potatoes.
  • Bake uncovered for 15-20 minutes until pecans are caramelized.
  • Spread marshmallows evenly over the top of the pecan mixture.
