- 1 (397g) tin sweetened condensed milk
- 250g digestive biscuits, roughly crushed
- 250g dessicated coconut
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder

In a large bowl, mix together the crushed biscuits, cocoa and 1/2 of the coconut. Pour remaining coconut into a separate bowl.

Pour condensed milk over the biscuit mixture and mix with a metal spoon until well combined.
3.
Take dessertspoonfuls of the mix and roll into balls. Roll into the remaining coconut and chill until set and firm
