Get frying pan hot, non-stick works best. Use oil or butter/margarine and add to pan. When hot, crack egg into pan. Let egg set up, whites should be firm. Loosen egg, flip over and take off heat. Over easy means flip over, and cook shortly. Sunnyside egg is the same procedure without the final flip.

With Over easy the yolk should be not set ( hard) , nor runny.

really you dont know how to make eggs????!?! Well to start off with scrammbled eggs you get as many eggs as you want and put them in a bowl. you get a pan, spatula,spices, and butter. Step one;scoop butter onto spatula, scrape it on the pan. step two turn the stove on to a sensible degree.crack each egg, mix it with the spices and pour it into the pan. wait a little bit then stir the eggs. they will start to form intop the egg stage. chop them with the spatula. then get a plate and put it on. ;adies or gentel men scrambeled eggs!!!!!!

Get your skillet nice and hot. Make sure that it is on the stove a little bit before you crack your eggs. Then spray your skillet with a no-stick cooking spray such as Pam. Then crack your eggs into the skillet. They should start to cook right away. When cooking eggs sunny side up, you don't flip your eggs or scramble them. After the egg whites are completely cooked, take your spatula and place the eggs on your plate.

Over medium heat, put a thin coating of oil in a frying pan. Carefully crack one or two eggs in the pan being careful not the break the yolk. When the white of the egg is cooked through remove the egg. Leaving the yolk raw and only the white cooked is what makes the egg sunny side up.

Use The Right Pan

To cook eggs over easy, start with a pan that has a nonstick coating. If you don’t have a nonstick pan, coat your pan with a nonstick cooking spray or use butter. It’s important that the eggs don’t stick to the pan; if they do, it’s more likely that the yolks will break. If you’re cooking more than one egg at a time, find a pan that’s big enough to fit all the eggs without the whites running together too much.

Heat The Pan

Place your chosen pan over medium to medium-low heat. Preheat your pan until a few drops of water dance across the surface of the pan. When the pan is preheated, add your desired amount of butter, oil or nonstick cooking spray. If you’re a using a nonstick pan, you can either leave the pan ungreased or add some butter for flavor and to make the process easier.

Add The Eggs

If you’re cooking eggs over easy for the first time, or just trying to perfect the process, try adding just one egg to the pan at a time until you’ve got the technique down. You can also try breaking an egg into a bowl first so you can practice cracking your eggs without breaking the yolks. If you crack your egg directly into the pan, hold the egg close to the bottom of the pan when you add it so it doesn’t break on impact. Add as many eggs as your pan can fit, but don’t overcrowd it.

Look For The Whites To Solidify

Cook the eggs until the outer edge of the white is solid, but the white surrounding the yolk is still jelly-like. Gently shake the pan before flipping to make sure the egg isn’t stuck. If it is, use a wide, flat spatula to loosen it.

The Flip

One at a time, gently slide your spatula under each egg. Try to get most of the egg on the spatula for easier flipping. With the egg on the spatula, tip the spatula forward and roll the egg over. If the edge of the spatula is too high off the pan, the egg yolk may break, so keep the spatula edge in contact with the pan when flipping. After flipping, cook the other side of the egg for just 10 seconds more — this is just enough time to fully cook the white and keep the yolk runny. Lift or slide the finished egg out of your pan and onto your plate.
