The easiest way is to use Reiki energy. hold your hands close together like you're holding a small, invisible ball in your hands. Imagine you can feel the ball in your hands. Now, try and move your hands closer together - there should be some resistance. If so, you've made an energy ball.

∙ 12y agoThrough meditation(specifically Wiccan), one can form a ball of energy between their hands but if one wants to just experiment they have to rest well and drink lots of fluids(like prep to see auras as well) and then the energy centers at the palms of the hands can be played with. They are like attracting or repelling magnets with a balloon in between them. Very interesting experiece but to form a ball of expelled energy it can mainly be made through meditation and concentration. Even a novice can do it if they have innate ability or great dedication to it.
