Klick with your mouse on the icon, then drag the page up to the little house you can see higher on the left, and then there comes a pop-up window where theres a question that says: "Do you want to setthis page as homepage?", then just klick yes, if it is the page. It depends if its running on google services or what. I know google doesnt allow your website to be seen even i you type the exact words and letters down. Which sucks!
