I assume that you want to make your thighs and butt bigger than now.

To do that you need to consume a bit more protein than normal

Train your legs twice a week.

Train with deep squats with feeling your butt muscle in regular stands and in wide stands(wide stands hits your butt real hard)

Also do some sapping movements like stiff legged deadlifts and extensions.

Train hard and eat harder to achieve your goals
