it can be sticky, so use a little flour on your hand when you are rolling the balls into shape in your palms.
this is the basics..
i put a pitted cherry in the ball and later cover with 1i box melted semi sweet chocolate melted with 1 square parifan wax .
you could add any flavours you like instead( mint is great) or, throw in coconut.
put on waxed paper
stick each ball with a tooth pick at about 45 degree angle
put in the freezer til nice and firm.
dip in chocolate.
put them back on the waxed paper
pull out the toothpick
put in fridge til chocolate is set
eat
