Spinach pasta

- Boil water on high heat till bubbling, then add the pasta; Stir right away so that the pasta doesn't stick to bottom;

- It cooks in about 15 mins (stir once in a while - about 2/3 times during the 5 mins

- Chop spinach and cook directly (no water or oil) till spinach looks done (abt 2/3 mins)

- While pasta is draining and cooling; heat tomato based sauce (till u see bubbles) with 1 or 2 small green chili (slit vertically so u can pick it off before serving to kids) and spinach

- If using Alf redo or pesto sauce, do not heat just add green chili and cooked spinach

-Stir in pasta to the sauce with about ½ t spoon or more salt
