To make computer say things that you type, you can either use the speech tool in control panel, or open up Microsoft Word, 2003 and there should be a function in there that speaks back what you typed.

Then save it as speak.vbs make sure you add the vbs, then go into my documents and there should be a file there called speak, doubble click that and you have a program where you can type stuff in and it your computer will say it
