This can be as simple as your wiper blade is worn out (they get stiff over time and won't hug the glass) or as technical as a wiper arm problem.
First, I'd check that the wiper arm moves freely up and away from the glass and I'd move it up and down several times. Note, you should feel spring tension as you move it down towards the glass. Most times moving it back and forth frees-up any bind that may be in the arm.
While you're doing this, make sure your wiper blade pivots and moves on the end of the wiper arm. They should move very freely. Also check to make sure that its simply not super cold, frozen and stiff. This is common during the winter and often frozen and stiff blades will miss parts or all of the glass.
Lastly, rear wiper blades effectively work for 6-24 months. If your wiper blade is older than that and all of the above seems fine, you probably just need a new wiper blade.

MOST GM wiper arms remove the same way; lift the wiper arm so that it is at a 90 degree angle to the window, it should stay there. At the base of the arm there should be a little piece of metal that sticks out just enough to get a screwdriver between it and the rest of the arm. Pry the metal away and it should pivot out of the slot that holds the wiper arm in place. Once the retainer is moved, the wiper arm should pull straight off of the shaft.

In the same reservoir as for the front. If you are not getting fluid to the back window, the rear pump may need replacing. The pump for the rear is high on the tank so keep it full and that may be your answer.

That rear wiper is specific to suzuki. Check your manual or ask at the dealer when you purchase the wiper refill or full wiper blade.I just removed mine on my 2007 wagon. Just grab the blade in the middle where it mounts, and pull it straight out. It will snap out.
