NEVER NEVER NEVER vacuum seal a dress. Air is not what makes it yellow, the plastic they seal it in is what makes it yellow. No museum , no textile expert, no one ever, who knows what they are talking about will tell you to vacuum seal any textile. Airflow is what KEEPS it FROM yellowing. The chemicals in the plastic bag trap moisture, and offgas chemicals that are then trapped in the bag with the dress.
