First thing you should do is check to make sure the air filter is clean. If not, CLEAN IT! Then it should blow colder, also, if the room you're cooling is large you could try putting a fan, even a small one, in front of the AC blower to help circulate the air throughout.
Add coolent add some R134a but don't over charge, you will blow the ac compressor seals
Condensation/Hot Moist Air Meeting Colder Air
It mixes partial air from outside, instead of recycling just inside air (which is already cool probably, and thereby easier to make even colder.) Some window units have 3 options. Closed, Vent, and Outside. Outside is 100% outside air, and doesn't use any of the already cooled air inside your home to recycle and make colder. Both vent, and outside settings can be rough on an ac unit, if it's hot out, and especially if the humidity is high.
HA! No.
this is because the faster air moves the colder it feels. like a fan on a hot day,the faster it spins the better it feels but the temperature dosent change. the 'windchill' factor is the same idea too the temperature dosent change but the harder the wind blows the colder it feels..
No it's not ! It uses electricity to blow cooler air into a home - the same effect can be achieved by opening a window !
You should gets a couple of plug in fans and place it around your house, to get your air circulating. Then turn on the a/c.
A window air conditioning unit is designed to fit into a window opening. these can normally be fit into a hole made into the wall as well. They are definitely a cooling system and blow dehumidified cold air and in the case of reverse cycle hot air.
an air conditioner because it warms up to make cold air
It is possibly due to th compressor disconnecting itself due to overheating ("thermal overload"). It could also be a faulty thermostat.
air is colder at night because it is colder outside so the air gets in your hause and no matter how hot it is, it will always be colder.
jaguars blow, the ac is making the cool air. turn it off, to stop cool the cool air.
