If it is electric windows it is the motor which needs replacing or it could be the regulator
The locations of the window adjustment screws will vary between car models. Some cars will require the inner door panel to be removed to get to the adjustments.
If an electric window on a Toyota MR2 goes down, but will not go back up, it has probably slipped off the track. There is a cable mechanism that operates the window. The door panel will have to be removed to repair the cable, or put in a new track.
The power window travel for a 77 Corvette is adjusted by bolts that are in slotted holes. Remove the door panel. Make small adjustments to each adjustment slot until the window travels properly.
The window tracks may have loosened up and are out of adjustment.
I know RX7 FD wheels will fit on a Mk II MR2 but I don't know if the 14" wheels from the '92 MR2 will clear the brake calipers on the RX7.

Begin by removing the Geo Tracker door panel. The entire window mechanism will be visible. The window linkage will have adjustment nuts on each end of the linkage.
If you had to make 2 adjustment to your sleep schedule, what would it be and why
Does it go into gear with the engine off? If so, I'd be suspicious of the clutch adjustment.
