It is built into the switch and is not serviceable. You will have to replace the switch assembly.

You have to replace the whole assembly, you cannot replce the switch itself. The assembly pops out with a standard screwdriver and is attached to a wiring harness. The assembley sells on ebay for ~$100-$150.00

Sounds like solenoid is not releasing or ignition switch is not moving from start to run position. If solenoid is located on top of starter remove clean plunger and replace If solenoid is on firewall replace If the starter is not fully engaging the flywheel, you'll need to either replace the starter or the Bendix/solenoid assembly. If the flywheel has been damaged, you'll need to replace that as well.
With no key you will have to drill out the existing tumbler assembly from the switch in order to unscrew the ignition switch bezel.
On top of the steering column near the firewall under the dash. There will be a metal rod going into the bottom of the switch.
