How do you make your own bikini padding And is there a certain kind of padding you should use?

Take an old swimsuit that you dont want to use anymore and cut it into the shape of the bikini. Cut a small opening in the bikini where the padding should go and put the padding inside, you dont have to sew up the hole but i recommend doing that so your padding doesn't fall out while you are swimming.
