ok well I think if you have large hips maybe the bikini bottoms aren't for you (trust me i should know) maybe a bikini top and like a mini skirt bottom to cover your latge hips and/or theighs.

Take an old swimsuit that you dont want to use anymore and cut it into the shape of the bikini. Cut a small opening in the bikini where the padding should go and put the padding inside, you dont have to sew up the hole but i recommend doing that so your padding doesn't fall out while you are swimming.
