From a supervisor's prospective, I can say that I truly appreciate the following out of an employee: # Show up on time. # Don't ask for or take excessive time off. # Don't whine and complain if you are asked to work overtime. # Learn every aspect of your job and do it well. # Make an effort to learn and assist in other areas of the business. (This makes an employee look VERY good!) # Be respectful to all clients and customers. # Don't gossip. # Actually work your entire schedule. You aren't paid to work six hours and goof off for two hours in the morning or afternoon. # Be creative and share ideas.
