The question you ask is too involved for a proper answer. You may want to go to a car parts store, or book store, and get a repair manual for your car. They cost about $16.00 Or, go to a Public Library.
How to remove without getting a manual.
Instead of buying the repair manual, you can remove the two screws under the support handle and remove the screw directly behind the door handle. When those three screws are gone pull the door cover from the top left (passenger side) top right (drivers side) down, pulling the small white plastic spacerscrews out of each hole. (Don't worry you won't break the cover) Once that is out push the control panel up then pull through the opening left by it.
