Maximize is a UI function, not something that the user code should touch. With few exceptions, such as "exit"1, no application program should ever attempt to invoke functions on the menu or especially on the non-client area.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
1Even in the case of "exit" a dialog box should be posted to the fact that exit is about to be invoked. This is user friendly programming, not user abusive programming, which is what invoking maximize is all about.
I would flunk any student or fire any employee that consistently tries to invoke maximize. That is the choice of the user, not the application.
With lots of work.
On Your C Drive Or Where you Put It
For one: you cannot write applets (web-browser-extensions) in C.
Not likely, use a web browser instead.
Your web-browser (MSIE, Firefox etc) is perfectly able to download any files.
A web browser is a program, such as Internet Explorer. Mozilla/Firefox, Opera, Google Chrome, etc. which is used to explore/browse 'web pages', which are written in a special language called HTML (hyper-text mark-up language).Often new PC's come with a 'web browser' already installed. And if you can read this answer, you are (very likely!) using a web browser to do so!Different web browsers can be downloaded from the internet. A computer can have more than one web browser installed. Each type of browser has different features. Most PC users have their own favorite web browser which they use for most or all of their web activity.

C# Major
C sharp, D sharp, E natural, F sharp, G sharp, A natural, B sharp & C sharp We call the note C "B sharp" to avoid using the same letter name twice. If we used the note name "C" we would have 2 C-notes and no B-notes in the scale!
