You can use the Cut and Paste option. There are various ways of doing this, like using Ctrl - X to cut, or picking it off the Edit Menu or off the shortcut menu by right clicking on the mouse or by doing Alt - E - T. Paste can be done in several corresponding ways, with the key controls being Ctrl - V or Alt - E - P. You can also move a cell by putting the cursor on the edge of a cell or a group of selected cells and then dragging them. You can also do this when also hold Shift, in which case they will be inserted into a new location rather than overwriting cells that they are moved to.
You can use Cut and Paste. You can also place the pointer of the mouse on the edge of the cell, press and hold the Shift key and drag the cell to a new position, if you want to insert it between two cells. Without Shift being pressed, you can move it and enable it to overwrite other cells if you want.

There are lots of ways. You can use the cursor keys or the Tab key for example. You can also use the Return or Enter keys.
Arrow keys, Enter, and Tab
The Tab key will move from one cell to the next in Excel, or through different options in a dialog box if one is open. If you are typing when you hit the tab key it will enter what you have typed into that cell and move the cursor one cell to the right.
Use the Return or Enter key.Use the arrow keys.Use the Tab key.
1. An absolute cell address is a cell address that does not change when you move a formula from one cell to another. You display absolute cell addresses by adding $ to the address:
In Excel, it will move one cell to the right.
Each sheet will have its own active cell. You can move from one sheet to another by clicking on a sheet tab. Ctrl-Page Down and Ctrl-Page Up will move through the different sheets too. You can scroll up and down sheets without changing the active cell.
The thing you have typed will be entered into a cell. It may format it if the cell has pre-defined formatting. The cursor will move to the next cell below the cell you are entering something into.
relative
Tab will move to the next cell and Shift-Tab will move to the previous cell. You can also use the arrow keys to move from one cell to another.
There is no way to have a value in one cell put a formula in another cell. However, you can put a formula in a cell that will change, based on the value of another cell. If you put the formula =A1 in cell B1, B1 will display the value of whatever you place in cell A1.
In Excel, if you want a cell to always equal a specifc cell, use "$" -- for example, if you want the current cell to always equal A2, even when inserting rows or columns, use the formula: =A$2$
Put the 125000 into one cell, say cell A2. Put 11.5% into another cell, say cell B2. Then in another cell you could have this formula: =A2*B2 That is the proper way to do it, but you could do it lots of other ways.
The Tab key will move from one cell to the next in Excel, or through different options in a dialog box if one is open. If you hold Shift when you hit the Tab key, it will go in reverse, going to the previous cell or option. This is handy if you have accidentally gone past the cell or option you want and want to go back to the one you have just passed over.
