How do you navigate worksheets but not move an active cell excel?

Each sheet will have its own active cell. You can move from one sheet to another by clicking on a sheet tab. Ctrl-Page Down and Ctrl-Page Up will move through the different sheets too. You can scroll up and down sheets without changing the active cell.
